“Keep some room in your heart for the unimaginable”

-Mary Oliver

Our bodies hold a deep intelligence. Before we can explain our experiences in words, our nervous systems, emotions, and bodies have already begun making sense of them. What we might think of as symptoms can also be seen as intelligent adaptations, ways we learned to survive, protect ourselves, and stay connected.

I offer a space where we can become curious together about what is happening in your internal world, and how it is being expressed. Therapy becomes a place to slow down, to listen, and to reconnect with the wisdom that already exists within you.

My work is deeply rooted in the body. Together we explore your thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and the subtle messages carried through your felt sense, alongside the existential questions that often sit underneath them: meaning, identity, belonging, purpose, and what it means to live a life that feels deeply your own.

Alongside my clinical practice, I lecture internationally on trauma, crisis response, nervous system regulation, and embodied approaches to mental health. I am currently completing a Doctorate in Counselling Psychology and Existential Psychotherapy. Across each stage, one question has quietly guided me: how do we find our way back to ourselves?

It is a joy to be hidden, but a disaster not to be found
