Iona Singleton
My path into this work has been shaped by a deep curiosity about what it means to be human. I walk alongside you with care, compassion and curiosity for your unique life and history.
I am an integrative psychologist MSc, based between New York City, London, and Cologne. I work with individuals and communities through trauma-informed, relational, and embodied approaches to healing, and am currently completing my Doctorate in Counselling Psychology & Existential Psychotherapy.
Alongside private practice, I work in community and clinical settings including Newus Clinic in London, OnPoint NYC, Nordoff Robbins Music Therapy at NYU, and Backline Care internationally. I also offer mentorship to practitioners and students integrating psychotherapy, somatics, and creative approaches to healing.
I have lived and worked across the UK, Europe, India, Japan, and the Americas. These experiences continue to shape how I understand identity, culture, and belonging.
