So, I’m 4 days into what is really the “new year” for me. The first few days were out of town and then I was sick…they don’t count.
I’ve successfully taken a multi-vitamin and a sublingual B12 thing every morning… and I may have given up coffee (or at least my habit of cyphoning coffee down my throat as soon as I wake). I’ve also been eating a protein rich breakfast, and really focusing on not overeating at other times of the day. I’ve been getting into bed at 10:30 each night and sleeping until 7:00am. I can’t bring myself to truly go on a “diet” because that just sounds so…. yuck!, but if 50 pounds happened to slide off my body (for reasons other than terminal illness), you wouldn’t hear me complaining.
So anyway… why am I still so SLEEPY?
I want to get back into the habit of posting pictures of my projects on here… I have some exciting things potentially in the works, and if nothing else I should show you all pictures of my back and front yard now that it’s all cleaned up. Looks kindof dismal because it’s winter but at least there aren’t piles and piles of dead branches and crap laying around. I can’t wait to see how it looks in the spring and summer when everything is green and in bloom!
Oh man. Maybe giving up coffee… not that good of an idea. :yawn:
